		<description>I happened to learn french in Montreal - usually a cheaper flight in the continental US! LOL!

I have to agree though that the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in the culture. There are lots of modern tools (and in fact things like books with CDs and multimedia DVDs are pretty impressive compared to books of old) but nothing really compares to being embarrassed by the local girl in the market when you don't know how to ask for milk.</description>
